Celebrating 45 Years

Sandhurst was founded in 1972 in the village of the same name in Kent by Tim Dean. A family business, Tim Dean's brother and daughter work for the company and the company has grown massively since it's beginnings and has a number of hire and sales centres throughout the UK. Sandhurst wae one of the first companies in the Uk to develop the range of breakers working in alliance with Krupp now Atlas Copco since the 1980's In 2012, Sandhurst branched out into Access equipment hire quickly establishing itself as one of the top 30 companies nationally with its impressive range of work platforms, cherry pickers and other types of powered access.  Known for its experience and expertise in engineering in excavator attachment, Sandhurst takes on specialist custom work from its workshop and design team in Birmingham and has won the confidence of the Rail industry in particular for specialist rail maintenance attachments.

The company was founded on the highest standards of service and enjoys a reputation of being as good as its word today as it did in 1972.
